Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms
By utilizing the services of MV 3D Creations, including our 3D printing solutions and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, please refrain from using our services. We recommend reviewing them carefully before proceeding.

Eligibility for Services
To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide a valid payment method.

Overview of Services
MV 3D Creations specializes in 3D printing services, including FDM and SLA technologies, CAD design support, and printer maintenance. Our mission is to deliver reliable, high-quality products customized to your needs.

Payment Conditions
Payments for invoices are due promptly. Delays in payment may result in production delays, and non-payment may lead to order cancellation without refunds for any work already completed.

Shipping Details

Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–14 business days after payment confirmation, depending on project complexity and material availability.

Shipping Fees
A flat $15 shipping fee applies to all orders within Australia. Additional charges may apply for larger or bulk orders.

Order Status Updates
We will provide updates on your order’s progress through your chosen communication channel.

Refund Policy
All sales are final unless an item is damaged during shipping handled by MV 3D Creations. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Modifications to Orders
Changes to designs after printing has started may result in delivery of the originally ordered product. Any reprints due to modifications will incur additional costs.

Prototyping Information
Initial prototypes may not perfectly match specifications for size, functionality, or appearance. Bulk prototype orders are non-refundable and non-replaceable for such discrepancies.

Print Failures and Delays
During peak demand, delivery times may extend by up to two weeks per item. If a print fails due to our error, we will reprint at no additional cost.

Printer Maintenance Services
For maintenance, customers are responsible for the cost of any required parts, which may take up to three weeks to source depending on availability.

Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of any designs or products you submit. MV 3D Creations is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use your designs solely to complete your order.

Use of Images for Promotion
With your explicit permission, we may display images of your completed prints on our website, social media, or other marketing materials.

Third-Party Assets
Any paid third-party assets you provide will be used exclusively for the agreed-upon purpose (e.g., printing or modification) and will not be shared outside our direct business relationship.

Privacy Commitment
We safeguard your personal data, transaction details, and designs, sharing them only as necessary to fulfill your order.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Definition of Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes any data—written, verbal, or otherwise—marked as confidential or reasonably considered as such, including designs, customer information, 3D printing methods, financial data, and business strategies.

Obligations of the Receiving Party
The Receiving Party agrees to:

• Protect Confidential Information with reasonable diligence.
• Use it solely to fulfill the business agreement with MV 3D Creations.
• Not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
• Restrict access to employees or contractors under similar confidentiality obligations.
• Promptly report any unauthorized disclosures.
• Return or destroy Confidential Information upon request, with written confirmation.

Exceptions to Confidentiality
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

• Was already known to the Receiving Party, as shown by records.
• Becomes publicly available without the Receiving Party’s fault.
• Is lawfully obtained from a third party without restrictions.
• Is independently developed without using Confidential Information.
• Must be disclosed by law, provided the Receiving Party notifies the Disclosing Party and minimizes disclosure as permitted.

NDA Duration and Termination
The NDA remains in effect until Confidential Information is no longer confidential. Either party may terminate it with written notice, but confidentiality obligations continue for five years post-termination.

Termination of Services
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, issuing refunds for any uncompleted work.

No Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without assurances of quality, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Limitation of Liability
MV 3D Creations is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of our services.

Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review them regularly.

Governing Law
These Terms and the NDA are governed by the laws of [Your State], excluding its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and MV 3D Creations, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
